About Ciro Verdi
Although I have had a life long interest in photography – I have come to photography again after a short tour as a U.S. Air Force press photographer during the Korean War, careers in aerospace engineering, industry and academic computer consultng, and teaching computer sciences. I was born in New Jersey and studied in New York City. Began my career as a tecnical illustrator and apprentice industrial photgrapher during the day while studying design and engineering at night. I presently live in the foothills of the Tucson Mountains of Arizona with my wife (Eileen) and eight animal companions, in and near majestic stands of saguaros neighboring the Saguaro National Monument West, and where most of my images are photographed.
